Dump Scattered with Broken Glass; Children Insist on Playing There

UPDATE: Glass Particles are Somewhat Contained.
This headline is a story that hasn't been written yet. The headline at this point is actually a news tip. A broken television screen is reportedly what has scattered the glass around, but what's a television set doing in a dump not zoned for electronic equipment? Are there signs stating the rules and laws? I have yet to visit the SLI Dump. Wednesday is the day for my planned visit when I will be there to check on the situation. Watch for this story a little later this week. In the meantime, Tuesday is the day for me and my camera to begin visiting cottages that are blatantly in violation of housing codes. Institute residents are antsy and not willing to wait much longer for some of the deficiencies that hinder our beloved Institute from being the place of beauty that it could be and should be.
