    Ed Hulme General Contracting Joins
SLE 2017 as its 13th Gold Sponsor

Ed Hulme Inc., a third generation family- and locally-owned business, has joined the 2017 Silver Lake Experience as its 13th Gold Sponsor. Hulme has been in operation for over 50 years. The Silver Lake Experience 2017 Committee is thrilled to welcome Holme General Contracting to its family of Gold Sponsors for this year's event August 10-13. Registration is now open at

In years past, the company was owned and operated by William Hulme under "Hulme Construction." After Bill's unfortunate passing in 1976, his son and daughter-in-law, Ed and Jeannie Hulme took on managing the business and remain active participants in its daily operations. Ed's son Jason began learning the business as a toddler over 30 years ago and is now an experienced jobsite superintendent with solid expertise in project management. Jason's wife, Michelle Hulme, is the company bookkeeper and office manager.

Employing 20 people, Ed Hulme Inc. is well-known and respected in our local communities. Besides family members, many of its staff have been on board for 5 years or more, which means consistent and experienced work crews with skills and talents in excavating, carpentry, concrete, and trucking.
